The “365 Days of Activity” program continues to achieve sustained success thanks to its year-round continuity. True to its name, there is no time for rest or stops—as the green spaces of Qatar’s public parks daily welcome large numbers of citizens and residents from various age groups to engage in sports activities and benefit from the training sessions organized by the Qatar Sports for All Federation in partnership with the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Many locations and green spaces have thus become vibrant sporting arenas full of energy and vitality, amid growing turnout and increasing participation, reflecting a rising level of community awareness of the importance of physical activity and the need to make sports part of everyday life.

The free daily program attracts all segments of society—men, women, children, and senior citizens—providing participants with an appealing sporting environment throughout the year. It is open to ages ranging from 7 to 65 and offers a variety of training sessions that combine sport, recreation, and the health benefits associated with regular physical activity. The “365 Days of Activity” program includes numerous diverse sports and physical activities, along with some simple competitive events such as push-ups, long jump, ball throwing, balance and flexibility exercises, in addition to fitness championships. These also feature strength competitions, including throwing a 5 kg ball within a designated area; speed challenges through a 50-meter sprint; and endurance contests via the plank exercise for the longest possible duration. The variety of activities aims to attract more participants and encourage community members to continue engaging in sports.

The Qatar Sports for All Federation is keen to organize daily activities across several public parks to accommodate the largest possible number of participants. Al Luqta Park is dedicated exclusively to women’s training sessions from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, while Aspire Park, Al Rayyan, and Al Gharrafa Parks host men’s training sessions from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. All sessions are conducted under the supervision of a select group of specialized male and female coaches.

The “365 Days of Activity” program is a core component of the Qatar Sports for All Federation’s strategy to spread a culture of physical activity within the community through an annual calendar that includes more than 750 events and championships this year. Participation in the various activities is available through the federation’s dedicated mobile application, offering access to everyone. The program has helped many individuals engage in physical activity within public parks, with increasing participation across all age groups, reflecting the value of this distinctive initiative. It contributes to building a healthy and active community, supports the objectives of community sports, implements the plans of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, promotes a broader sports culture, and encourages sports participation among the widest possible segment of society—so that sport becomes a way of life.
