Under the supervision of the Youth Affairs Department at the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Youth Committee at Al Khor Sports Club organized an awareness workshop titled “Traffic Safety”, as part of the “Our Summer for Our Youth” summer camp activities, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior.

The workshop addressed several key topics, introducing participants to the rules of traffic safety and how to apply them in their daily lives. It emphasized the importance of complying with traffic laws and practicing safe behaviors on the road. The session also clarified the penalties associated with common violations and explained the traffic point system aimed at reducing road accidents.

Mr. Saleh Mohammed Al Obaidly, Head of the Youth Committee at the club, stressed the significance of such workshops in educating young people and promoting a culture of road safety. He noted that these initiatives contribute greatly to raising awareness and shaping positive behaviors among youth on the road.
