After completing the registration for the Shura Council simulation session in its 3rd edition, organized by the Ministry of Sports and Youth, interviews with registered young people will be launched on May 5 to 7, 2024 at the center of Qatar Youth Houses in Al-Sadd. Note that the Ministry announced earlier the opening of registration in the activity of the Shura Council simulation session, which will be implemented on May 27, 2024, at the headquarters of the Shura Council. This session is preceded by an integrated training program. The young people who will be appointed after the interview will receive intensive training and raise their abilities and skills from May 12 to 23, in the year 2024. Interviews will be performed to select 45 young men and women according to specific criteria, for example, knowledge of the Shura Council, personal skills, and the aspirations of the youth after participation.

Mr. Nasser Al-Jabri, head of the event’s work team, implied that this year’s edition witnessed important development in many aspects, the most important of which is opening the space between registration, interviews, and training, to allow the youth to organize their time. Mr. Nasser Al-Jabri also pointed out that this event is an important opportunity to raise the capabilities of young people and develop their skills, as well as give them the chance to learn about the internal laws of the Council and how the sessions will proceed in it and the purpose of all this to accomplish a vision. The Ministry of Sports and Youth ( active and responsible youth with a national sense and a society practicing sports ) in addition to working to reach the limited indicators in the strategic projects of the Ministry, in particular the project of strengthening and developing youth abilities in different fields.
