Abdullah Al-Dosari, Director of Events and Activities at the Qatar Sports for All Federation, said: This tournament is an important step towards spreading the culture of practicing physical fitness, and in support of the goals of motivating community members to perform sporting activities, on a regular and continuous basis, stressing that the launch of this tournament also aims to encourage young people and youth to participate, and to increase the number of physical activity practitioners, within the 365-day activity program, which is organized by the Sports for All Federation, in public parks for free.

Where preparations have been completed in the corridors of the Qatar Sports for All Federation, which operates under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, to launch the competitions of the first edition of the Fitness Championship 2023, which will be held in Aspire Park, on the 24th of this month, as part of the summer activity of Sports for All. The championship will be dedicated to the fundamentals of physical fitness, for men only, aged 10 to 50 years old. It is divided into three age groups, the first is from 10 to 14 years, the second is from 15 to 20 years, and the third is from 21 to 50 years, and the championship allows competitors to participate in three various fitness competitions, namely strength, speed, and endurance.
