Under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Barzan Youth Center has launched a regular training program titled “Teaching Self-Defense” as part of its strategic plan for May. The program aims to enhance the physical and mental skills of children and youth while instilling the concepts of personal safety, discipline, and self-confidence.

The program is held every Monday at 5:00 PM at the center’s headquarters, supervised by specialized trainers in martial arts and defense techniques. It takes place in a safe and motivating environment that accommodates various ages and skill levels.

The program has been increasingly popular among parents who want their children to acquire self-defense skills through a well-organized educational approach that contributes to building strong and balanced personalities. This initiative also supports the Ministry’s efforts to empower youth and prepare them physically and mentally to face challenges.
