Under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Al Khor Sports Club, in collaboration with the 180 Initiative, organized a summer camp for girls for the second consecutive year. The camp, which included over 180 girls, aimed to develop their skills and abilities through a variety of sports activities, training workshops, and entertainment programs. Mrs. Noora Al-Dhawadi, the founder of the 180 Initiative, emphasized that the camp includes sports events, workshops, field visits, skill-building activities, creative sessions, and purposeful programs that nurture all aspects of the girls’ development.
She pointed out that the number of girls enrolled in the summer camp exceeded 180, with ages ranging from 5 to 18 years.
In turn, Saleh Mohammed Al-Obaidli, the director of the summer camp at the club, said, “At Al Khor Club, we strive to ensure that the girls leave the summer camp with more creative skills, educational, behavioral, and literary experiences.”
