The Qatar Sports for All Federation, under the Ministry of Sports and Youth, announced the ongoing registration for the sixth edition of the Ministries and Agencies Futsal Championship 2024, open to government entities in the country. The tournament is set to kick off early next month at the Lusail Sports Arena, with 23 ministries and agencies already confirmed as participants.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Dosari, Head of Activities and Events at the Qatar Sports for All Federation, emphasized that this championship is geared toward ministry and agency employees, providing them with an exciting and distinctive sports environment to enjoy football and promote a culture of sports across various groups.

The Federation is committed to organizing special sports events for government entities to encourage active participation and engagement in intensive programs and activities. These initiatives are part of its ambitious 2024 calendar, the largest and most diverse to date, comprising 720 sports events.

Al-Dosari highlighted that registration for the championship remains open via the QSFA mobile application, requiring an official letter sent to the Federation from ministries or agencies interested in participating.

He also noted that the championship provides an excellent opportunity for ministries and government agencies competing for the National Sports Day award to earn additional points by participating in events organized by the Qatar Sports for All Federation. Al-Dosari expressed hope for an outstanding level of participation from ministry employees in this edition of the championship, as well as the showcasing of football talents that can be further developed.
