The Qatar Sports for All Federation, in partnership with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, has launched the “365 Days of Activity” program, which is held daily in public parks for both men and women. The federation emphasized the need for full compliance with procedures and safety standards approved by the Ministry of Interior, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for those wishing to practice sports. This comes as part of the federation’s efforts to resume its events and activities after the exceptional pause, and to move forward in expanding community participation in sports and physical activity by opening more locations and green spaces and transforming them into open venues for exercise. These initiatives have seen increasing turnout from various age groups, reflecting growing community awareness of the importance of sports and its role in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The free program aims to engage all segments of society—men, women, children, and seniors—covering age groups from 7 to 65 years. It provides a motivating sports environment throughout the year and includes a variety of sessions combining physical exercises and recreational activities, helping participants achieve numerous health benefits through regular engagement in physical activity.

The federation organizes the daily “365 Days of Activity” sessions in several public parks to attract as many participants as possible. Al Luqta Park hosts women-only training sessions in a private and safe atmosphere from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, while Aspire Park, Al Rayyan Park, and Al Gharafa Park (air-conditioned) host men’s sessions from 4:45 to 5:45 PM. All sessions and workouts are conducted under the supervision of a group of specialized male and female trainers.
