The Qatar Sports For All Federation, under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, is organizing the Summer Sports Program in schools through activities that combine physical, recreational, and awareness programs. The program’s third round featured a wide range of activities across four schools, with the participation of 843 male and female students over last Sunday and the preceding Monday, as part of the “Sport for All Summer 2026” program. The third round was launched at Aminah Bint Wahb Secondary School for Girls, Al Khor Secondary School for Girls, Khalifa Secondary School for Boys, and Al Wakrah Secondary School for Boys, where participants took part in team competitions in football, volleyball, basketball, and handball, in addition to Muay Thai training sessions.
Abdullah Al Dosari, Executive Director of the Federation, praised the cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in organizing these summer sports activities in schools, emphasizing that this partnership contributes to providing an outstanding sporting environment for male and female students during the summer vacation and offers them the opportunity to enjoy enjoyable and beneficial experiences that combine sports, recreation, and the acquisition of new skills.
