Doha, August 23, 2026:

H.E. Eng. Yasser bin Abdullah Al Jamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, held separate meetings with a number of Their Excellencies, ambassadors of brotherly and friendly countries accredited to the State of Qatar, as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise in areas of mutual interest.

The meetings included H.E. Mr. Badr El-Din Abdullah Mohamed Ahmed, Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to Qatar; H.E. Mr. Bakhyt Batyrshayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Qatar; and H.E. Ms. Maria Kalimeri Kalia, Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to Qatar.

The meetings reviewed existing cooperation relations and explored ways to develop and strengthen them in the fields of sports and youth, in addition to discussing a number of topics of mutual interest and opportunities to exchange expertise and successful experiences, contributing to broader avenues of cooperation in the coming period.
