Under the patronage of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, the Youth Committee of the Arab Sports Club will organize the closing ceremony of the fourth edition of the “Kafa” (Enough) campaign, which was held this year under the theme “Internet Risks.” The ceremony marks the culmination of five months of continuous work and intensive efforts aimed at achieving the campaign’s educational and awareness objectives.

The campaign was implemented in cooperation with the Programs and Activities Department of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Economic and Cyber Crime Prevention Department, the Department of Da’wah and Religious Guidance, the National Cyber Security Agency, the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, the Behavioral Healthcare Center, and the Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center. A total of 40 preparatory and secondary schools participated in the initiative.

The campaign consisted of two main components. The first focused on awareness and education, with more than 30 lectures and workshops delivered to participating schools. These sessions aimed to increase students’ awareness of internet-related risks and promote the safe and responsible use of modern technologies. The lectures and workshops covered educational, ethical, and social themes and featured contributions from educators, preachers, trainers, and specialists representing a variety of governmental and civil society institutions.

The second component focused on creativity and innovation. Students produced four theatrical performances, organized 13 art exhibitions, and created 15 short films addressing issues related to digital security and online safety. In addition, more than 10 morning radio segments and 10 poetry presentations were prepared, showcasing students’ awareness, creativity, and engagement with contemporary cybersecurity challenges.

The closing ceremony will include the recognition of the campaign’s partners and supporting organizations whose contributions helped achieve its objectives. Participating schools and the schools that secured top positions will also be honored, along with lecturers, supporters, and individuals who played a role in the campaign’s success.

Through its combination of awareness programs and creative student-led initiatives, the “Kafa” campaign has sought to strengthen digital literacy, promote responsible online behavior, and equip young people with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.
