Muaither Club held its ordinary general assembly this evening at the club’s headquarters, attended by Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Shethri, the club president, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Manea, the club’s general manager, and a representative from the Ministry of Sports and Youth. During the assembly, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Shethri’s list was endorsed for the club presidency for a new four-year term (2024-2028), as no other list was submitted to take over the club’s leadership during the new presidential period. Thus, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Shethri will continue as the club’s president, and Mr. Yousef Mohammed Al-Manea will serve as vice president.

Mr. Mohammed Al-Manea, deputy head of the club’s football department, stated that “the general assembly was very fruitful, and there was a sense of satisfaction with the work done, especially after the youth teams advanced to the first division.

He added, “We are now working on preparing the first team as required to compete in the new season of the second division league and achieve the ambition of qualifying for the Stars League. This will be done by signing outstanding contracts with both professional and local players, with some notable names coming in the near future.
