The MoU aims to unify efforts and enhance joint coordination through a diverse range of sports and recreational events, promote physical activity, and launch joint initiatives and projects that reinforce the concept of sport within a human-rights framework. It also focuses on supporting programs targeting priority groups, including persons with disabilities, senior citizens, women, and children, enabling them to practice sports and expanding the scope of sports and recreational activities in a way that contributes to improving quality of life and supporting physical and mental health. This is viewed as a fundamental pillar of community development, alongside strengthening public health concepts and social responsibility, in addition to cooperation in organizing conferences and events related to human rights and sports.
