The green lawn of Al Rayyan Park will host the seventh round of the Sports for All Fitness Championship this afternoon, Monday, organized by the Qatar Sports for All Federation. The event will include fitness classes, various exercises such as the plank challenge, long jump, push-ups, speed challenge, and ball throwing for distance, along with balance and flexibility training. The activities will take place amidst nature at Al Rayyan Park, under the supervision of specialized trainers, starting from 4:30 p.m. and continuing until 6 p.m.

The competitions feature three main events: strength, which involves throwing a 5 kg ball within a designated area; speed, which will be a 50-meter running race; and endurance, through performing the plank exercise for the longest time. Participants will be divided into different age categories, with competitions held specifically for each age group.

Abdullah Al-Dosari, Head of Activities and Events at the Sports for All Federation, emphasized that the fitness championship is one of the open community sports events and is a crucial step toward promoting a culture of sports. It provides an opportunity to introduce various types of fitness and encourages community members to exercise in public parks, which has a positive impact on building a healthy, athletic body and improving overall health.

The championship is part of the *365 Days of Activity* program, organized by the Sports for All Federation, and is held in public parks for free throughout the year for men and women, with dedicated schedules and locations that ensure complete privacy for women. The program is a key initiative that guarantees the continuity of community sports activities, taking place daily in various public parks all year round.

The goal of the championship is to encourage children and youth to improve and increase their physical fitness, while also supporting the objective of encouraging families to engage in regular and continuous physical activities.
