Under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Qatar Sports for All Federation organized the Karate Championship for Beginners at Al Luqta Park, with wide participation from girls aged six to ten years. The championship aims to promote sports practice among young children, focusing on girls, and encouraging them to acquire physical skills at an early age.
The event featured a family-friendly atmosphere with the presence of families, as mothers accompanied and encouraged their daughters during training sessions supervised by specialized karate coaches. The coaches provided advice and instructions on the basics of the sport, and friendly competitions were held to help participants practice some skills and rules of the game.
The activities were not limited to sports alone; various entertaining events accompanied the training sessions, attracting the young girls and allowing them to have fun and enjoy themselves. This added a special, lively, and vibrant atmosphere to the championship.
