Under the representation of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the committee organized a workshop titled “Taking Responsibility” at Al Arabi Club, as part of its meaningful community mission. The Al Arabi Club Summer Camp places great importance on instilling moral and educational values in participants, including the value of responsibility, which is one of the key pillars emphasized by the program organizers. They believe it is the cornerstone for building an aware generation capable of leading the future, as it is the foundation of success both personally and professionally.
In line with this goal, the committee held the “Taking Responsibility” workshop, delivered by Dr. Al Arabi Atta Allah, Psychological and Family Consultant at the Ministry of Health. This initiative forms part of the club’s efforts to deliver modern educational approaches and provide a unique learning experience that goes beyond theory into practical application, ensuring this value is effectively embedded in each participant’s character.
Practical measures included assigning participants leadership roles and clear tasks within the camp’s activities, involving them in organizing events, assisting in managing sports activities, and maintaining cleanliness in the facilities they use. This approach fosters a sense of belonging, making them feel like an integral part of the program’s success, and motivating them to contribute positively to their environment.
Additionally, the program offers awareness lectures and workshops, along with interactive sessions on the importance of taking responsibility. These sessions focus on strengthening this value in youth through real-life examples, promoting self-evaluation and accountability. This dedication to instilling responsibility affirms that Al Arabi’s summer program is not merely recreational—it is a comprehensive educational workshop aimed at preparing a generation of conscious and responsible youth, capable of making sound decisions and achieving their goals both personally and professionally.
