His Excellency praised the remarkable development of Moroccan football at various levels, which was clearly demonstrated during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, when the Moroccan national team achieved fourth place. He also extended his congratulations to Spain and Portugal, emphasizing that this bid will be a special chapter in the history of the FIFA World Cup tournaments.
