The General Assembly of Al-Ahli Club today elected Mr. Hassan Youssef Al-Mulla as the new President of the club’s Board of Directors and Mr. Abdullah Jassim Al-Ishaq as Vice President by acclamation for the electoral term (2024–2028).

This decision was made during the General Assembly meeting held at the club’s headquarters after the legal quorum was met, with the attendance of the founding members, active members, and representatives from the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Additionally, Mr. Aref Abdulrahman Al-Abdullah was appointed as the General Manager of the club.

In his speech before the General Assembly, Mr. Hassan Youssef Al-Mulla, the newly elected President, committed to working tirelessly to elevate the club and place it among the top Qatari clubs in all sports. He also praised the significant efforts of the previous Board of Directors.

The General Assembly meeting also witnessed the ratification of the minutes of the previous meeting for the (2023–2024) season, as well as the presentation of the report by Mr. Abdullah Youssef Al-Mulla, the former club president, on the club’s activities over the past year ending in May. The report highlighted the successes achieved across various sports and the efforts made by the club’s management to accomplish them.

The General Assembly unanimously approved the programs and work plans for the new year (2024–2025) and agreed on the formation of the Membership Affairs Committee.
