As part of the efforts by the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to celebrate outstanding Gulf youth talents across various fields, and with a desire to highlight the journey and impactful achievements of Gulf youth, His Excellency Mr. Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the GCC, honored both young man Ahmed Yasser Al-Naimi and young woman Fatima Mohanna Al-Sulaiti from the State of Qatar during the “Creativity, Leadership, Achievement” ceremony organized by the General Secretariat today, Tuesday, April 15, at its headquarters in Riyadh.

This honor came following nominations by the Ministry of Sports and Youth, which was keen to showcase distinguished Qatari role models in youth and community work. Both Al-Naimi and Al-Sulaiti contributed to implementing pioneering initiatives with tangible societal impact, reflecting a spirit of innovation and responsibility, and helping to enhance the presence of Qatari youth in Gulf forums, in line with the Ministry’s goals of empowering youth and strengthening their developmental role.
