Under the representation of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Qatar Sports for All Federation organized the second edition of the Fitness Championship contests, in Aspire Park, amid an active environment, with the participation of about 50 competitors from different age groups, ranging in age from 10 to 50 years. The competitions were held in three unique competitions, varying between strength, speed, and persistence. The participants were split up into three age groups: the first from 10 to 14 years old, the second from 15 to 20 years old, and the third from 21 to 50 years old. The Sports Federation for All aims to open the way for the largest number of members of society, to participate in the various championship competitions, and a large number of children took part in the running race, for a distance of 50 meters, while the challenge is great, in various fitness competitions, and it seemed clear to insist, on taking advantage of participation, take advantage of the opportunity and participate in those competitions that help raise fitness rates. Mr. Abdullah Al-Dosari – Director of Activities and Events at the Qatar Sports for All Federation, said that the Federation is keen, by organizing such various tournaments, to spread the culture of practicing physical fitness training, because of its great impact in building a strong athletic body, which is reflected in improving Public health, for members of the community practicing sports, and giving them more abilities and skills, through various sports.
