Under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Environmental Friends Center continues its summer program activities, “I Explore,” with significant participation from young men and women.

The program concluded its third week of activities by organizing several training workshops and lectures that covered topics such as protecting endangered wild plants, agriculture, home gardening, and a field trip to the Seaside Plastic Factory.

In this regard, Mr. Farhoud Al-Hajri, the Executive Director of the Environmental Friends Center, confirmed that the great successes achieved by the summer program “I Explore” in previous years were the main motivation and reason for continuing the activities of the sixth edition. This edition includes a variety of training workshops, educational lectures, and field visits for age groups from 13 to 25 years old.

He explained that the activities of the current edition of the summer program were carefully selected by a specialized team of the center’s experts to be in line with current developments and events. They also aim to meet the requirements of building the skills and knowledge of the current generation, in line with the state’s development plans and the aspirations of these young people to be constructive elements in the future.
