Under the representation of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the third week of the Winter Muay Thai Program begins today at Al-Jumayliyah Youth Center. Organized by the Qatar Sports for All Federation in cooperation with sports clubs and youth centers, the program will run until January 25 at Al-Sailiya Club and Simaisma and Al-Daayen Youth Center. It targets boys aged 7 to 14, teaching them the fundamentals of the sport with a focus on self-defense skills.

Activities at Al-Jumayliyah Youth Center are held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, while intensive training sessions take place at Simaisma and Al-Daayen Youth Center. The program aims to equip participants with new skills, strengthen their physical fitness, and instill the principles of self-defense.

Part of the mid-academic year break activities, the Muay Thai Program includes training sessions at Al-Jumayliyah Youth Center on Mondays and Wednesdays, at Simaisma and Al-Daayen Youth Center on Sundays, and at Al-Sailiya Club on Tuesdays.
