Under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the Environmental Friends Center organized a discussion seminar titled “Hamza Wasl” as part of the summer activity to introduce the center’s goals and vision, enhance positive communication among youth, and provide an enriching experience for participants.
The seminar, presented by Mr. Hassan Al-Kathiri, the supervisor of events, programs, and activities at the Environmental Friends Center, introduced participants to the center’s activities and goals in caring for and preserving the environment.
Al-Kathiri explained that this event is part of the center’s summer activities, which include many events such as lectures, workshops, visits, and external trips. He pointed out that the seminar aimed to equip young people with communication and networking skills that contribute to building human relationships, which are essential for mutual coexistence and understanding in society.
He added that there was also a focus on boosting self-confidence among youth, teaching them how to express themselves clearly and trust their abilities, which helps them build strong, independent personalities capable of facing life’s challenges. The seminar served as a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences, fostering thought and creativity. Exchanging viewpoints helps expand knowledge horizons and understand different cultures, reducing intolerance and promoting tolerance and coexistence.
