Al Rayyan Park hosted the first round of the Sports for All Summer Series, with the participation of 187 competitors, including both men and women from Qatar and residents from 24 countries. The races covered various age groups, starting with children as young as 3 years old, who participated in a special 800-meter race. Other categories included ages 7 to 8, 9 to 10 years, youth aged 13 to 16, participants aged 17 to 39, and those over 40 years for both men and women.In the women’s 5.90 km Masters race for those over 40, Natalie Van Blerk won with a time of 31:13:0 minutes, while in the open category (17 to 39 years), Blair Abutaleb claimed first place with a time of 33:12:0 minutes.In the women’s 3.54 km race, Nandini Eleni won the Masters category for those over 40 with a time of 17:58:0 minutes, while Nicole Brinkley topped the 17 to 39 age group with a time of 19:42:0 minutes.In the 2.36 km women’s race, Azmin Zahra won in the 13 to 16 age group with a time of 21:46:0 minutes, while Hayat Al-Alawi took first place in the 11 to 12 age group with a time of 12:37:0 minutes. Evra Zafrin claimed first place in the 9 to 10 age group, finishing the race in 10:10:0 minutes, and in the 7 to 8 age group for the same distance, Nourkhan won first place with a time of 10:52:0 minutes.
