Under the Auspices of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Al-Dana Girls Center Organizes Training Workshop on Change Management

The Al-Dana Girls Center, in collaboration with Bayt Al-Hikma, organized a training workshop titled “Change Management” for female employees at the center’s headquarters. The workshop was conducted by trainer Sawsan Rashid as part of a series of workshops being held throughout November.

The workshop aimed to equip employees with effective skills and tools for managing change in the workplace, enabling them to lead change successfully. It focused on both theoretical and practical aspects of change management, offering opportunities for hands-on practice and interaction among participants. The workshop covered various topics, including the nature of change, tools and methods for change, and the role of leadership in managing change.
