The Al-Khor Club management conducted all its arrangements to hold the “regular” general assembly meeting on Monday evening at the club’s center, to discuss the topics on the agenda, most notably the approval of the minutes of the previous Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, discussing the President’s report on the club’s work in the year ended 2023, the programs and work plan for the New Year, as well as approving the final account for the fiscal year (2023-2024) ending on (05-31-2024), and approving the draft budget for the coming year (2024-2025), in addition to discussing the auditor’s report for the fiscal year (2023-2024). An auditor will be appointed for one year and his fees will be estimated, and a Membership and Elections Affairs Committee will be assembled. Regarding the issues submitted by members, if they are introduced at least ten days before the General Assembly meeting or which the club president deems appropriate to present to the General Assembly. On the other hand, the department proceeds with its rehearsals to support the first team returning to the league, and the Board of Directors, headed by Mr. Nasser Thamer Al-Humaidi, opened all files related to the team with Mr. Abdullah Mubarak the coach, and the administration seeks to arrange the papers early before entering the preparatory camp to avoid previous mistakes and reach the team to the appropriate assortment that enables it to be present among the adults. The camp is about to be in the Turkish city of Border from July 8 to 28, and the first stage of preparation will begin next Tuesday.
