In line with the vision of the Ministry of Sports and Youth — “Active and responsible youth with a national sense, and a society that practices sports” — and based on the belief that true wealth lies in the energies, ideas, and creativity of youth, and from the perspective of raising awareness among young people about their roles and responsibilities toward themselves and others, the “Al-Ghariyah Challenge Camp 2025” was organized.
The camp aims to educate participants on the importance of social responsibility and how to apply it in their daily lives. It also seeks to foster a spirit of belonging and responsibility among youth, preparing them to become effective leaders in society.
This camp provides a valuable opportunity for young people to explore their pivotal role in building a better community, develop leadership and life skills, and contribute to achieving sustainable development. The camp offers an interactive environment that blends theoretical education with practical application, helping youth empower themselves and explore their dimensions and roles in social responsibility, which positively impacts their daily lives.
The camp focused on five main areas:
-
Educational workshops: Introducing participants to the concepts of social responsibility and its importance.
-
Sports activities: Organizing sports competitions and recreational contests.
-
Volunteering activities: Promoting a spirit of volunteerism and active participation in community service.
-
Discussion sessions: Addressing specific social issues and ways to contribute to their solutions.
-
Practical training: Teaching specific skills useful for community service, such as first aid, environmental awareness, and social responsibility, as well as how to plan their daily lives.
