Al Dana Girls Center has announced the opening of registration for its 2026 Summer Camp for Girls, offering a comprehensive program designed to empower girls and young women while enhancing their life, leadership, and creative skills. The camp is organized in collaboration with the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association and Qatar University.

The camp will accommodate 60 participants from among girls and young women aged 15 to 39 years. Activities will be held daily during the evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will include artistic and creative workshops, digital and technical skills training, sports activities, swimming, fitness sessions, and recreational trips.

The program will commence with the “Art of Leadership – Charisma” initiative, which focuses on developing leadership abilities, self-confidence, and effective communication through interactive workshops, field visits, and practical activities. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn accredited leadership and values-based badges.

In addition, the Center will organize an interactive forum in celebration of Arab Youth Day, featuring talented young people and individuals with inspiring experiences. A research competition will also be launched to encourage innovation and the development of initiatives addressing community and development issues, in alignment with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.

The program includes a trip to a water park, as well as the “Sport for Health and Development” initiative, organized in cooperation with Al Arabi Sports Club and the Qatar Sports for All Federation. The initiative features sports activities, swimming sessions, and outdoor excursions aimed at promoting public health and encouraging the positive use of leisure time.

The “Arts and Creativity” component of the program will offer workshops in sand art and digital drawing, in addition to the “Create Your Initiative” program, which seeks to develop entrepreneurial thinking and help participants transform ideas into entrepreneurial projects.

The camp will conclude with “Towards Excellence and Creativity Week,” bringing together youth and sports activities while preparing participants for the closing ceremony.

The Center stated that registration will remain open until 15 June 2026 through its website. Inquiries will also be accepted via social media platforms and designated telephone numbers.
