In conjunction with the International Day of Peace, which falls on September 21, the Al-Dana Girls Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, announced the launch of the “Nation’s Renaissance” campaign. This community initiative will run for 100 days and is targeted at girls and young women aged 15 to 39. Its goal is to instill the values of peace and forgiveness, and to develop skills in dialogue, digital responsibility, and community leadership. The campaign aligns with the axis of full and active participation in Qatar’s National Youth Policy and is in harmony with Qatar National Vision 2030.

Ms. Wadha Nasser Al-Jaber, Head of the Al-Dana Girls Center, said:
“Our beloved country, Qatar, has a strong and established record in peacebuilding. We believe that peace is the foundation of renaissance and comprehensive development in any society. As youth centers, it is our responsibility to empower young people to build lasting peace within our community. Therefore, this year, and due to the importance of the topic, we decided to highlight the concept, values, and various aspects of peace. Without a doubt, this campaign will create safe spaces for girls to learn, take initiative, and create a lasting positive impact.”
