Under the umbrella of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Al-Dana Girls Center organized a training workshop as part of its ongoing efforts to develop girls’ capabilities and enhance their diverse skills. The workshop, titled “Charisma,” was delivered by trainer Widad Ali Nasser Al-Badr and targeted young women aged 19 to 39, held at the center’s headquarters.
Al-Badr explained that the Charisma Workshop is part of a broader series of programs aimed at developing girls’ skills in various areas such as health, art, beauty, and more, all of which contribute to building a well-rounded and balanced personality.
In the first session, Al-Badr focused on the health aspect, offering practical activities such as creating a “Charisma Challenge Journal”, where participants record daily health challenges, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator. She emphasized that such practices have a positive impact on both health and appearance, which helps leave a strong first impression — a key trait of a charismatic personality.
