The Girls’ Leadership Center, an affiliate of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, announced the outcomes of 2025, a year marked by strategic transformations in cognitive, physical, and digital empowerment, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.

Throughout the year, the center delivered a series of specialized workshops, most notably “Automation in Agriculture,” “Diving Basics,” and “Building Successful Financial Habits.” The center also continued to offer its regular sports programs, including Pilates, swimming, aqua aerobics, and personal training, in addition to community initiatives such as the Charity Box Initiative, the Qatari Home-Based Business Support Initiative, and the From Paper to Cloud Initiative.

Ms. Najla Al-Hajri, Chairwoman of the Girls’ Leadership Center, affirmed that 2025 was an exceptional year in strengthening partnerships with state institutions. She explained that the center successfully transformed into a comprehensive platform through the launch of the Center’s Mobile Application and the delivery of pioneering workshops in artificial intelligence and automation, emphasizing the center’s ongoing commitment to opening new horizons of excellence for every Qatari girl.

The center’s annual report reflected tangible growth in both its membership base and the scale of activities, with a total of 7,596 registered members since its establishment, and 1,399 new members joining the Leadership Center family in 2025 alone.
