With every sunset, public parks across Qatar transform into vibrant arenas filled with energy and activity, welcoming men, women, and children alike through the “365 Days of Activity” program organized by the Qatar Sports for All Federation under the representation of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. This initiative, part of the Summer Sports for All 2025 program, offers families a unique sporting experience, where parents and children participate together with enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere of joy, motivation, and community spirit.
The program has attracted wide participation from families, schools, institutions, and ministries, with over 28 partner entities contributing to its success. It focuses on encouraging all segments of society to adopt healthy lifestyles, with special attention given to children and school students, while promoting the values of discipline, teamwork, and community engagement.
Events are hosted across multiple venues, including Al Luqta Park, Aspire, Al Rayyan, and Al Gharaffa, offering daily fitness sessions, women’s aerobics and oxygen classes, children’s karate training, and a variety of strength, speed, and endurance challenges. The program also features Muay Thai, balance and flexibility exercises, fun competitions, and cultural and health awareness activities, all under the supervision of qualified trainers.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Dosari, Executive Director of the Federation, affirmed that 365 Days of Activity has witnessed remarkable growth this year, particularly with the increasing participation of women, families, and children. He emphasized that the initiative has become a family-friendly destination that combines fun and fitness, instills the importance of regular physical activity, and strengthens community awareness in an open and safe environment.
By gathering people of all ages—from 7 to 65—the program embodies the Federation’s mission to build a more active society, spread the culture of community sports, and establish healthy living as a way of life.
