Public parks in Qatar open their doors daily to anyone interested in engaging in physical activity through running and fitness training as part of the “365 Days of Activity” program. This year-round initiative provides specialized trainers, including both male and female instructors, and caters to all age groups and community segments. The program is not just for men but also designates special spaces and areas for women and their accompanying children to exercise.

The “365 Days of Activity” program is an open invitation to all members of the community to participate in afternoon exercises held in public parks, accommodating everyone from ages 7 to 65. This initiative is part of the Qatar Sports for All Federation’s efforts, under the Ministry of Sports and Youth, to develop community sports and offer everyone the opportunity to engage in physical activities.

Abdullah Al-Dosari, Head of Activities and Events at the Qatar Sports for All Federation, described the “365 Days of Activity” program as a true embodiment of the Federation’s motto, “Sport is Life.” He stated that the program’s activities aim to help everyone maintain their health and seek the best possible ways to reach as many community members as possible, encouraging them to exercise continuously. This ensures a healthier and better social life for all. Al-Dosari emphasized that “365 Days of Activity” is a cornerstone of the Federation’s action plan, through which a large and diverse segment of the community is attracted, working to spread a greater culture of sports participation.
