• The number of founders shall not be less than twenty persons.
• The founders of the Club must be Qatari nationals.
• The minimum age of a founder should be eighteen years old according to the Gregorian calendar.
• No final judgment of a crime against honor or trust has been rendered against any of the founders, unless their reputation has been restored.
• The Club must have a fixed headquarters suitable for its activities.
• There should be a need for the Club’s activities.
• The founders must meet as a founding assembly to prepare the Club’s MOA and AOA, which must be signed by each of them, and they are jointly responsible for the expenses required for the establishment of the Club.

To obtain a license for providing this service, it is required to fulfill the technical conditions and regulations and have the necessary academic qualifications to provide added value, create a social impact, serve the youth, and respond to their needs.
